Step 1: Find the product you ordered

Find the product you purchased at CVS on CVS.com by clicking the link below, then click through to the product.

Step 2: Write a review

Click on the Neuro product you purchased and then select "write a review"  to give us a five star review on CVS.com if you loved your Neuro product.

Step 3: Send us a photo of your review

Email us a photo of your review at reviews@getneuro.com to get a free $10 reward via PayPal or Venmo. Please make sure to send your preferred method and your account information for the platform you choose.
