I like having these mints while working. If I start feeling a bit frazzled I **** in one. I love the mint flavor but this flavor not so much but I realize each flavor has a different purpose.
Family loves it!
finished my first case and have to say we all love it! great taste- even my kids love it which is very helpful. i like to keep in my car for when getting on the road- for all the calming properties. i do notice a difference when taking it.

Wow, really feel the effects
With these mints, my mind goes blank in the best way possible. I do feel very calm and very ready for bed. The “calm†piece is entirely accurate, but the way I would describe this “clarity†feeling isn't necessarily synonymous with “focused,†but instead with “peace.†I personally wouldn't necessarily take these in the morning or during the day, but definitely will after a long day of work when I want to wind down and enjoy my peaceful surroundings. The taste is great too and I felt the effects within 15 minutes or so!
Mellow Mints
I appreciate that the overall package came in a minimalist, matte cardboard box with shrink wrap. This worked well to ensure the tin individual packs with 12 mints each were not disturbed in transit.I absolutely love how compact yet sturdy these tins are! Whether in my pocket, backpack or car, I do not feel worried about loose mints being lost all over the place.The taste is more mild than expected. Some mentioned a harsh taste but I love the natural, whole forms of ginger and chai, and these mints deliver it!I went through a whole tin before reviewing, so as to get more of a feel. They definitely do seem to provide a slight mellowing vibe, but nothing extreme like a pharmaceutical substance.I love that I can share a tin with loved ones also! Instead of having to hand people a couple mints loosely.
