Swear by them

I take 2 Energy and Focus Mints within minutes of waking up in the morning and they start the day off on the right foot. I have clarity instead of fogginess and energy instead of fatigue, so I can get moving. It may just be in my head but I'm never as hungry in the morning when I do it this way, so of course I'm sticking to this plan.

Seems to work well

I received my package on time as expected. I tried a couple of mints and they definitely seem to work. They give you more energy to push through a workout or provide a wake-me-up when you feel your energy stores depleting and there was no crash or negative side affects. I will say the ziplock function on the packaging seems to be faulty. Upon opening it up for the first time, with little force applied, the ziplock adhesive on one side came right off so the bag no longer closes with that function. Otherwise, I am happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend to others.
